The material on this website describes Canadian immigration programs in general terms. It is not legal advice and it is not advice about your own situation. Immigration rules, fees and processing practices change often, and whether a program fits you depends on facts this website cannot know. Do not act, or decide not to act, on the basis of anything here without obtaining advice specific to your circumstances.

No representation relationship

Sending an enquiry through this website, or booking a consultation, does not by itself make us your representative. We act for you only once we have both signed a written retainer agreement setting out the scope of the work and the fees, as our professional obligations require.

No guarantee of outcome

Decisions on immigration applications are made by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, the Canada Border Services Agency, the Immigration and Refugee Board and other authorities - not by us. Nobody can promise you a particular result, a particular processing time, or that an application will be approved. Any statement on this site about eligibility describes the published criteria, not a prediction about your application.

Regulated advice

Immigration advice in Canada may only be given for a fee by authorised representatives. Our consultant is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, and you can and should confirm that on the CICC public register before retaining anyone, including us.

Fees

Professional fees quoted on this site are for our services only. They do not include government processing fees, biometrics, medical examinations, language testing, educational credential assessments, translation or courier costs, which are payable to the relevant body.

Third-party links and services

This site links to external resources, including government pages, and embeds third-party services for appointment booking and reviews. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or availability.

Intellectual property

The text, layout and graphics on this site belong to Sarrao Immigration or are used under licence, and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
